LG Reveals First Curved Soundbar, Suggested Price Set at $699[teaser]The company's latest soundbar has been detailed. [/teaser] LG has announced the newest addition to its Music Flow lineup. The upcoming LAS855M is the company's first curved soundbar and is designed to be paired with curved screen displays like the 65EG9600 OLED Ultra HD TV. "Our new premium Curved Sound Bar is the perfect complement to our stunning curved OLED TVs and offers consumers the best home entertainment experience with beautiful devices that look as great as they perform," said David VanderWaal, vice president of marketing, LG Electronics USA. Sony Expands PlayStation Vue Cloud-Based TV Service to Dallas & Miami[teaser]The new internet TV service for cord-cutters is now available in more cities. [/teaser] Sony has announced the expansion of its PlayStation Vue platform to Dallas and Miami. The cloud-based TV service initially launched in New York, Chicago and Philadelphia. PlayStation Vue is currently available through the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. The service offers live and on-demand content from more than 85 channels, including popular stations from CBS, FOX, NBCUniversal, Viacom, Turner, Discovery Communications, Scripps Networks Interactive, and AMC. The platform enables viewers to easily search through available programming with an intuitive interface and convenient personal recommendations. In addition, if customers tag a favorite series they will be given cloud access to episodes of that show for 28 days with no storage restrictions.
