Netflix Announces November 25 Premiere Date for Original Series '3%'[teaser]The post-apocalyptic thriller will start streaming in November. Sigourney Weaver Set to Play Villain in Marvel's 'The Defenders'[teaser]The superhero team-up series has cast its villain. [/teaser] During the 2016 New York Comic Con, Marvel and Netflix announced a new cast addition to 'The Defenders.' Sigourney Weaver will join the upcoming original series as an unspecified villain. Samsung Suspends Galaxy Note7 Sales as Device Safety Concerns Continue[teaser]All Galaxy Note7 smartphone owners with original or replacement units have been advised to power down their devices. [/teaser] Following a previous product recall and replacement program, Samsung has now halted all sales of its Galaxy Note7 smartphone around the world. Though replacement models shipped late last month were initially thought to be safe, recent reports indicate that the new models could still pose battery overheating and fire risks. In response to the continued safety concerns, Samsung issued this statement: We are working with relevant regulatory bodies to investigate the recently reported cases involving the Galaxy Note7. Because consumers' safety remains our top priority, Samsung will ask all carrier and retail partners globally to stop sales and exchanges of the Galaxy Note7 while the investigation is taking place. We remain committed to working diligently with appropriate regulatory authorities to take all necessary steps to resolve the situation. Consumers with either an original Galaxy Note7 or replacement Galaxy Note7 device should power down and stop using the device and take advantage of the remedies available. Netflix Adds Three New Cast Members to Marvel's 'The Punisher'[teaser]Several cast additions have been revealed for the upcoming series. [/teaser] Marvel and Netflix have announced three new cast members for 'The Punisher.' In addition to star Jon Benthal and previously announced series regular, Ben Barnes, the show will also feature Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Amber Rose Revah, and Deborah Ann Woll. "I’m really excited about the cast we're assembling alongside Bernthal as Frank Castle," said showrunner and Executive Producer Steve Lightfoot. "I look forward to watching Ben, Ebon and Amber embody these characters and breathe vivid life into the story we are crafting for this season of 'Marvel's The Punisher.'"
