The multi-room speakers include HD audio playback.
Harman Kardon has detailed its latest collection of audio products. The Omni+ lineup includes several wireless speaker options with high-res audio support.
"The Harman Kardon Omni+ line is unique in its true HD sound quality, versatility and functionality," said Michael Mauser, president of Lifestyle Division at HARMAN. "Customers want to stream from many different sources, control their speakers from their phone or tablet and have one system to meet all of their needs. Whether they want one speaker or five, this Harman Kardon home audio system provides the best in wireless HD sound quality and access to all the content they care about."
The collection includes the Omni 10+ ($249), Omni 20+ ($349), Omni 50+ ($499), Omni Bar+ ($999), and Adapt+ ($199). All of the Wi-Fi enabled speakers are capable of lossless high-definition music streaming (24-bit/192KHz). Likewise, the lineup also includes support for numerous services like Google Cast for Audio, Spotify Connect, MixRadio, Deezer, Qobuz and Tidal. Bluetooth connectivity and auxiliary audio inputs are integrated as well. Omni+ audio products also support multi-room playback, allowing users to listen to the same music everywhere or different music in different rooms with multiple speakers. In addition, Omni+ speakers can be connected to create 2.1 or 5.1 multi-channel surround sound systems.
Harman Kardon's Omni+ Wireless Speakers will be available this summer.
