Amazon Celebrates Golden Globe Wins with Free 'Mozart in the Jungle' Streaming & $73 Prime Memberships!

Seasons one and two will be available to stream for free along with a Prime subscription discount.  

In celebration of their two wins at the 73rd Golden Globes, Amazon will be streaming 'Mozart in the Jungle' for free over the weekend. Likewise, the company is also offering a special $73 sale price for new Prime Memberships.

Based on the critically acclaimed memoir Mozart in the Jungle: Sex, Drugs & Classical Music by Blair Tindall, the multi-award winning Amazon Original Series, Mozart in the Jungle draws back the curtain at the New York Symphony, where artistic dedication and creativity collide with mind games, politicking and survival instincts. The series is executive produced by Roman Coppola (Moonrise Kingdom), Jason Schwartzman (The Darjeeling Limited) and Paul Weitz (About a Boy) and stars Gael Garcia Bernal (Rosewater), Saffron Burrows (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), Hannah Dunne (Frances Ha), Lola Kirke (Gone Girl), Malcolm McDowell (The Mentalist), Peter Vack (I Just Want My Pants Back) and Bernadette Peters (Smash).

'Mozart in the Jungle' recently received the 2016 Golden Globe awards for "Best Musical or Comedy Series" and "Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy Series" for Gael Garcia Bernal's performance. The series will be free to stream starting today at 9:00 p.m. PT and ending at 11:59 p.m. local time on Sunday January 17. Likewise, the $73 Prime Membership sale will be active during that same period.
