BBC Video has announced its latest TV-on-high-def release, bringing the British adaptation of 'Bleak House' to Blu-ray in early-May.

Based on the classic Charles Dickens novel, and featuring an all-star cast including Gillian Anderson, Ian Richardson, and Charles Dance, 'Bleak House' will arrive on Blu-ray May 5 (day-and-date with the standard DVD).

BBC has not confirmed final tech specs for the Blu-ray, but says the complete 468-minute mini-series will be presented across a three-disc set.

There are no announced supplements.

Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $79.98.
