[/teaser] TCL has announced plans to showcase a new 110-inch Ultra HD TV at CES 2016. In addition, the upcoming display is now a CES 2016 Innovation Awards Honoree. The display features a 110-inch curved Ultra HD panel with dynamic backlighting and local dimming. Likewise, the TV includes HDR (high dynamic range) and wide color gamut support for superior contrast, highlights, and colors. An enhanced field of depth and "near glasses-free 3D technology with zero reflection" are integrated as well. Sony Adds PlayStation Vue Support to Amazon Fire TV & Fire TV Stick[teaser]The cloud-based TV service is now available on more devices. [/teaser] Sony has announced the expansion of its PlayStation Vue internet TV service to the Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick. In addition, the platform will also be available through the Google Chromecast later this year. "Adding PlayStation Vue to these popular streaming devices is a great way to extend our pioneering cloud-based TV service to other TVs in the household and to reach new consumers who don't own PlayStation consoles," said Dan Myers, head of product for PlayStation Vue. Amazon Brings Echo Smart Speaker to Retail Stores[teaser]The voice controlled speaker will be available in retail stores. [/teaser] Amazon has announced plans to begin selling its Echo speaker in select retail stores. The Echo is a cylindrical speaker system with 360° omni-directional audio and voice-controlled commands, offering instant information and music.
