Three new smartphone models have been unveiled.
At Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Sony has detailed the latest additions to its smartphone lineup. The new Xperia X Series consists of the Xperia X, Xperia X Performance and Xperia XA.

Our products and services will connect you to each other and become essential and beloved parts of your lives." said Hiroki Totoki, President and CEO at Sony Mobile Communications. "With our continued passion for technology, we will keep adding new and exciting features to evolve our smartphones. At the same time, we want to change how you access information and interact with friends and family in a closer, natural and more meaningful way."
The Xperia X features a 5 inch Full HD 1080p TRILUMINOS curved display. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 650, 64-bit processor. A 23 MP rear camera with Predictive Hybrid Autofocus and a 13 MP front camera for low-light selfies are integrated as well. Finally, the Xperia XA features a 5 inch 720p HD curved display with Mobile BRAVIA engine 2. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a MediaTek MT6755, 64 bit Octa Core processor. A 13 MP rear camera with Hybrid Autofocus and an 8 MP front camera for low-light selfies are integrated as well. In addition, all three models incorporate Sony's smart battery management to deliver up to two days of battery life.
