Today, Armature Studio explained that 'Dead Star,' their twin-stick shooter 10v10 MOBA like game, has been developed as a passion project. (See Early Access impressions here and here). The game is due for full release on April 5th on PC and PS4 as an April PS Plus Game. (PS4vsPC server support is part of the game). As a thank you to PC players, anyone who picks up the PC version before April 5th, will get both the Kurg Ship Expansion and the Quaz’l Ship Expansion, (normally $9.98) when they are released later in the spring. ('Dead Star' is priced at $19.99, order here.)
The entire letter from Armature can be found here. New PC players should know that the Early Access servers are going offline (and being reset) on March 29th. The servers will launch with the game on April 5th.
'Dead Star' is in early access beta on PC, and players get in now for $19.99 (see here).
