The new 4K displays are set to make their US debut later this month.
Panasonic and Rand Luxury have announced plans to highlight Panasonic's upcoming premium Ultra HD TVs. The AX850 85-inch and AX900 65-inch LED 4K displays will be demoed at the Luxury Technology Show in Beverly Hills on October 15.
"We're excited to see the next generation of home entertainment technology from the likes of Panasonic with their US debut of their latest 4K Ultra HD LED TVs," states Bradford Rand, CEO of RAND Luxury. "Just as Hollywood creates a platform for entertainment creation, the LTS brings them to life. Other celebrated highlights of the evening will include unveilings of smart and wearable technology, 3D modeling, robotics and the BMW i8 and other trend-setting products that are a signature of the Beverly Hills scene."
The AX850 and AX900 both made their global debut last month at IFA in Berlin. Each 4K display features an LED LCD panel with full-array local dimming technology for superior black levels. The Luxury Technology show aims to show off the world's best tech innovations, and the event is scheduled to begin on October 15 at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Beverly Hills, CA.
