Focal Reveals New Kanta Loudspeakers

Three new premium loudspeaker models have been announced.

As part of the CEDIA 2018 tradeshow in San Diego, Focal has unveiled three new additions to its Kanta line of Hi-Fi loudspeakers. The collection includes the Kanta N°1, Kanta N°3, and Kanta Center.

The expanded Kanta lineup utilizes Focal's flax cone speaker driver, an IAL 3 Beryllium tweeter that combines the IAL (Infinite Acoustic Loading) and IHL (Infinite Horn Loading) tweeters' features, a TMD (Tuned Mass Damper) suspension, and an NIC (Neutral Inductance Circuit) motor -- offering clear and precise audio performance.

The Kanta N°1 is geared toward use in rooms under 269 square ft², and is well suited for bookcase placement or for mounting on a stand. Here's a full rundown of specs per Focal:
