The Meizu MX3 is now available in China, offering consumers the world's first integrated 128GB smartphone storage option.

Meizu has released the 128GB model of its MX3 smartphone, making it the first company to reach that milestone for built-in storage on a smartphone. The MX3 also features a 5.1-inch 1,800 x 1,080 LCD display that uses a unique 15:9 aspect ratio, as opposed to the usual 16:9 or 16:10 ratios used for other phones and monitors.

The mobile device is powered by an Exynos 5 Octa SoC CPU, SGX544 MP3 graphics, and 2GB of RAM running Android 4.2. An 8MP rear camera with an f/2.0 lens and image stabilization technology, and a front 2MP camera are also included. In addition, the phone features a Wolfson audio chip for minimal sound distortion and a 2,400mAh battery.

The 128GB MX3 is now available in China for ¥3,999 (around $656), and while current models are limited to Chinese mobile networks, it's likely that a WCDMA enabled version will be available in the future.
