Pizza Hut Blockbuster Box Turns a Pizza Box into a Movie Projector

Food and film collide in this clever new pizza box. 

Thanks to the marketing folks at Ogilvy & Mather HK, hungry cinephiles now have a new reason to get excited, and it's called the "Blockbuster Box." As its name implies, the specially designed pizza box can be converted into a movie projector.

As the above video demonstrates, when you finish eating you simply insert the included lens into the Blockbuster Box, stand up your smartphone inside and, just like that, your pizza box is now able to project videos right on your wall. Pizza Hut has also included a QR code on the box that can be scanned to access exclusive short films, and the Blockbuster Box even comes in four design options: Slice Night, Fully Loaded, Anchovy Armageddon, and Hot & Ready.

For now, the Blockbuster Box is only available in Hong Kong Pizza Huts, but an expansion to more markets is a possibility.
