The feature length documentary premieres on Netflix today.

Netflix has announced the release of its latest documentary. 'Hannibal Takes Edinburgh' is now available to stream globally through Netflix.

Filmed over the course of 28 days in August 2013, Hannibal Takes Edinburgh follows Buress as the then up-and-coming comedian performed nightly to packed houses at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the largest art and comedy festival in the world. The film blends extended moments from Buress’ pin-sharp observational stand-up with scenes of the comedian waxing philosophic on building his comedy routine, life on the road for a comedian and immersing himself in the Scottish culture.

The film is directed by Ryan Ferguson and produced by Apatow Productions and Bird Gang Bang Birds Productions. Likewise, Hannibal Buress and Judd Apatow serve as executive producers. Buress' third hour standup comedy special, 'Comedy Camisado,' previously debuted on Netflix back in February. The comedian is known for his standup, his Comedy Central series 'Why? with Hannibal Buress,' and appearances on 'Broad City' and 'The Eric Andre Show.'

Other upcoming Netflix premieres include 'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt' season two on April 15, 'Special Correspondents' on April 29, 'Marseille' on May 5, the second season of 'Grace and Frankie' on May 6, 'Chelsea' on May 11, season two of 'Chef's Table' on May 27, 'The Do-Over' on May 27, 'The Fundamentals of Caring' on June 24, the documentary 'Tony Robbins: I Am Not Your Guru' on July 15, 'Home: Adventures with Tip & Oh' on July 29, and 'Project Mc2' season two on August 12.

A current Netflix subscription starts at $10 for HD streaming and $12 for Ultra HD streaming.
